“…sharing a sound that’s cast in honesty, emotion and homespun sentiment…the songs say it all, providing clear indication that Goldpine has established a precious standard.” -Lee Zimmerman (Goldmine Magazine)
From Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion and the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium to listening rooms throughout the United States, husband-wife duo GOLDPINE has been offering their own brand of bold harmony-driven Americana to audiences large and small. WINNER of the Rocky Mountain Songwriter Contest, their distinctive harmonies are clearly a channel for their sometimes-raucous, sometimes-reminiscent compositions. With an incredible collection of stories about life, love, and purpose, their live performance is a powerful projection of everything Goldpine is about: striking vocals, bold harmony, and introspection into the human experience.
Goldpine will release their fourth album, appropriately titled Four, in early 2027, giving the listener a glimpse into their energy captured from the actual live stage (the way they like to record their albums). From the retro and raucous “No Holding on Anymore”, which delves into the mystery of aging parents to the vocal vamping in “A Universe Inside your Chest”, providing hope in the middle of an arduous season….Four is cathartic, moody, dissonant and relevant.
Goldpine has been official performers at:
Mile of Music Festival, Americanafest Nashville, Philly Folk Fest, Merlefest, NPR Mountain Stage (hosted by Kathy Mattea), Red Ants Pants Music Festival, Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, Kerrville Folk Festival, Red Lodge Songwriter Festival & 30A Songwriter Festival.
“...a melding of raw acoustic music with meaningful lyrics that paint a picture of their and our journey.”
“I love these guys...their never-ending onslaught of bold harmony is undeniable.”
