The Cumberland Music Collective is a new kind of music agency: one that puts the artists, agents and clients first - with the understanding that good business relies on good partnerships founded on mutual respect and integrity, designed for the success of all. Lee Olsen

President / Senior Agent


Growing up in Pennsylvania, Lee Olsen began a career in music playing mandolin in his own bluegrass band, Whetstone Run, for fifteen years. He later formed his own talent agency, Lee Olsen & Associates, representing such acts as the Fairfield Four, Red Clay Ramblers and The Seldom Scene, among others. Joining KCA Artists in 1989, Lee was named Vice President of the company in 1995. In 2019 with the help of Keith Case he opened Cumberland Music Collective (CMC) with agents Andrew Bestick and Jess Mosby.


Andrew Bestick

Vice President / Agent


A Southern California native with a lifelong passion for live music, Andrew now calls Nashville home. His previous experience includes time spent working with Paradigm Talent Agency and Big Picnic Records. When not enjoying the incredible live music that music city has to offer, he can be found playing just about any pick up sport.


Chase Decraene



An Atlanta native, Chase received his B.B.A in Marketing from Georgia State University and has been in the thick of the music business since beginning college.

Prior to joining the CMC team, Chase has been involved in many aspects of the business including artist relations, booking, touring, management, contracts, and distribution. He’s worked closely with the Blind Boys of Alabama, Paul Thorn, William Bell, and the Low Anthem at Blind Ambition Management and at Crawford Media Productions focusing on post-production and marketing for the Walking Dead and Vampire Diary television series.

Chase sits on the board of the Georgia Music Industry Association (GMIA) and has lived in San Francisco, CA and Maui, HI before moving to Nashville. He enjoys DJing at various clubs around Nashville in his free time as well traveling and eating at all the great food spots that the city has to offer.
